I'm building my first pc and would appreciate any feedback. I'll mainly be using it for playing games such as The Sims and for video editing. I already have a hard drive so I just need these parts looked over.

Updated with the video card. And trying to keep it around $500, max $600.
 
Dump the gt 730 mate & up the i5 to the 6500 is my advice , a 1gb 730 Is only around 20% more powerful than the integrated i5 graphics.

Stick a better card in when you have a little more spare money , in the meantime it'll handle stuff like the sims absolutely fine with no discrete card.
