Purchase Date: March / April 2016
Budget Range: $1100 to $1300
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Digital Imaging, Streaming Video, Podcasts, Business
Are you buying a monitor: Yes, but waiting for seperate sale on Amazon, NewEgg, etc.
Parts to Upgrade: Not applicable (this is a new build)
Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon, NewEgg, Other
Location: United States
Overclocking: No
SLI or Crossfire: I think so
Your Monitor Resolution: Looking for 1920x1080 initially, then perhaps something more in 2017
Additional Comments: I don't need a monster, but my big concerns are having a duel monitor setup, and the ram/cpu/gpu/psu to support that. I figure if I can game with this, I can do anything of my other usual things like stream Netflix, play with imaging apps like Photoshop and a Fractal maker, record video and audio, and run my business apps.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I have a P.O.S HP Windows 7 computer that was gifted to me. Has a pixel shader 3 video card. In other words, can't play any of the PC games on the current market. Watching Netflix sucks up all my ram. Running business apps sucks up all my ram.
This build will give me a litte more then I need right this minute, but will have room to grow. Not 100% set on exact Nvidia graphics card, but I don't want to invest in 4k graphic capability right away.
Would appreciate advice or suggestions regarding the core components.
