FEEDING HD CONTENT FROM CATV HEADENDS

Hello,
Cable TV headends, so far have been feeding multi-channel TV content in Standard Definition. If live broadcast HD contentis to be integrated at Cable TV headends, what will be the architecture from Dish antenna to Network output.
