Feeling a Upgrade is in order, what to replace?

Everything is working fine, just feel like a few components are keeping me stuck in 2004, not sure where to look.

Processor: Intel Core i5 4570 3.20Ghz (Quad Core)
Motherboard: ASUS H81M-D/E Plus (Intel H81 Chipset) (MATX)
Sytem Memory: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
PSU: 600W Cosair CX
Storage #1: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Storage #2 1TB Seagate (7200RPM) (64MB Cache)
GPU: Evga Geforce GTX 1070ti
Monitor: Samsung 32” WQHD LED Monitor (S32D850T), Resolution: 2560x1440 WQHD
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Rapidfire (Mechanical) Cherry Red
Mouse: Logitech G600 MMO Gaming Mouse

Everything works fine = No upgrades needed. However, 16gb system memory is starting to become the norm for gaming. That would be where I would start.

16GB seems overkill for an Average Gamer/General Use.

Many triple A games use more than 8gb system memory. 8gb changed from the norm to a minimum system requirement.
