Few issues regarding Wifi on PC

Hi,

So I recently wiped my HDD and installed a SSD to which I put Windows on to and also my drivers ad then just use my HDD as general storage.

Ever since I have done this the wifi has been playing up specifically for my PC. Even when I go on to the BT HomeHub5 Manager when connected to the internet on the "List of Connected Devices" my PC isn't on the list, although I can browse the internet. The main thing that doesn't work at all is when I try and load Steam. Google Chrome wasn't really working so I've uninstalled it and now using Firefox which seems to be fine so far.

Any idea why this is happening?

FIXED:

My wifi was set as Public and not Private, not sure why it keeps changing it to Public
