First, sorry for my bad english.
I've just bought M&M and i have 2 question about

1) A PC can take Super Feats only like Power Stunts of Super Powers or can
take it separately too (like normal feats).
2) I dont understand the benefit of Stunning attack feat. If I use this feat
instead of normal damage the opponent must make a Saving Throw Damage. If
succeeds nothing happen, else he's stunned. But dealing normal damage i can
stun my opponent too. So it's always better deal damage bc i can stun (or
better, make inconscious or give penalty to next Damage ST). Or i'm wrong?

Thanks

Super Feats are just superpowers that aren't classifiable as having
Power Ranks. You can buy them separately.

A normal (lethal or nonlethal) attack will stun an opponent if they
fail their damage save by more than 5. If you have the "stunning
attack" Feat, however, that means that anyone who fails their
damage save at all, will automatically be stunned. That makes
it much more likely.

Yes, you can take them seperately. The only difference
between the two is that super feats should have a
power source (mutant, super-science, training, etc).

It is better because you will stun on a failed save, not
a save that fails by more then 5. Normally to stun a
target, the target would need to fail by more then 5.
And unlike the normal Stun power, you get to use your
base STR bonus plus your attack power (Strike, SuperSTR)
which makes it very good.

This is a really good feat for melee types, especially
when used in a 1-2 combo attack. First you attack with
stunning attack, then you follow up using some combination
of rapid strike, heroic surge and two-weapon fighting.
A stunned character is easier to hit and is also vulnerable
to Surprise Strike, which is another very good feat for melee
types.

Mark.

Most can be taken seperately, though they're still "supernormal" and
effectively are powers in all but name.

However with the Stunning attack he's much _more_ likely to be
stunned, as a simple failure will do so; with regular damage, he has
to fail by five or more. It's not the most exciting ability, but
then, it's just a feat, not a power.
