Few questions about my build in description

Hi, I've been lurking this whole website for about a year now and it has answered many of my questions, so thank you for that, even though ya'll weren't aware of me lol.

But here's my pc build all custom parts im going to buy off newegg

I don't need a GPU since I already have a EVGA 970 acx 2.0 and I already have a an Enermax T40F- TB CPU cooler

Which leads to my 1st question of if the specific cpu cooler I have can maintain cooling on my pc If im playing games such as Overwatch, CS:GO nad some other single player games I want to dive into at high/ultra settings.

Also my 2nd question is with my current hard drive I already have, is there a way to transfer all the data from it to my new hard drive ? My current hard drive has a Windows 10 OS on it, but since I heard it's much better to just install a fresh one on my ssd for a new opc, if there's a way to delete that OS on my current hard drive but transfer all my other data to the new hard drive ?

Also thanks for whoever answers these question even though it was a bit of a TL;DR type post.
