These are the components that I have selected for my first Budget Build

Intel pentium g4560 - Rs 9000 aprox

Zotac gtx 1050 ti 4gb ddr5 - Rs 10000 aprox

Circle 815 cc cabinet - Rs 2500 aprox

Corsair Vengeance Lpx 8gb - Rs 7000 aprox

My motherboard choice will be one of the below ones

Msi b250 mortar - Rs 7000 aprox
Ga b250 ds3h - Rs 7000 aprox
Asrock b250m pro4 - Rs 7000 aprox

I have a 17 inch aoc 912sw monitor that i bought in 2008 which only has a vga port

My questions are

1) Will the motherboards have compatibility/port issues with my monitor ?

2) What is the difference between msi b250 mortar n arctic?

3) Should i buy a single 8 gb stick or 2 x 4 gb sticks cause i heard it impacts cpu in some way ?

4) What psu should be enough for this setup?

I apologize for the inconvenience for i have many miniscule doubts as it is my first pc build.

Solution
1) Yes, it will be.
2) I believe youre talking about the same MOBO.
3) If your mobo is dual channel, get 2x4gb cause they will work better this way.
4) 450w psu and youre good to go

Thks for clearing up ram n psu doubt but i did not understand your first answer i mean are the 3 mobos that i listed will all 3 of them be incompatible? Do they all lack vga port?

Also there r 2 versions of msi b250 mortar the other being arctic both are different mobos so what is the actual difference between the two

It doesn't really matter all of them are pretty much the same lower end spec boards. I'm not sure where you're getting your prices but judging by the currency your using which is Rupee I'm assuming your somewhere in India then I'll use Newegg India:

https://www.newegg.com/global/in/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&IsNodeId=1&N=100204423%20600567584%20601276223%20601276224%20601276225

All of the boards above are compatible with Intel G4560

I recommend this motherboard though because it has Wi-Fi on board:

ASRock Z270 KILLER SLI/AC LGA 1151 Intel Z270 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Motherboards - Intel
