Question FF Code

Recently, I accidentaly left a card slot cover loose which fell onto my graphics card..
When I powered up the PC, it seemed to boot but I got no display on the monitor.

Assuming I had fried my graphics card, I replaced it. But the results where the same.
Then I noticed that my mobo was displaying an FF code.

I am now thinking that it may be the mobo that is damaged. But do not have a spare one to test this.
Is it likely that I have damaged the mobo? I would like to be sure before I purchase another one.
