Envision monitor. I got it in a series of emails I sent them....here they are:
First email:
"...However we have a new upcoming 18.1" LCD Monitor with TV Tuner under
our Envision Brand which uses FFD technology. This monitor will come out around Sept 2002
timeframe. The model number is EN-8500."
Message 2:
"Dear Chris,

It will be in the $700 range."
From a few other emails, it has become apparent they will be released a new line of lcd's also first quarter 2003, and they prolly will have ffd.

Thanks alot for all of this information. Saves me all the trouble... The Envision EN-5100e LCD has alot of good reviews, and is in the top 20 selling monitors on Cnet. Wow 18inch and HDTV ready for only 700 with FFD yikes! I wonder what the viewing angles and contrast ratio will be.

Hope you don't mind a personal question, but what are you planning on doing? Buying it in September?
