If this is the input from the ISP, then with an ISP approved modem is the most common method.

Is it a common FTTH scenario? There are some SFP modules that will do GPON, but you'd need something with a SFP cage to convert.

Otherwise they should provide a media converter type of box with fiber in and copper ethernet out.
