[SOLVED] Fidelity FX SuperResolution 1.0 --- how does it work ?

So im playing world of warcraft,and have noticed that as an option.

Resample Quality has : Point,Bilinear,Bicubic and Fidelity FX SuperResolution

There is an option Resample sharpness that scaled from 0.0-2.0

I have no idea how this works and should be set to,but i noticed that under Ambient Occlusion Type FidelityFX CACAO gives better FPS than ASSAO.And it seems to be related.Im running Fidelity FX SuperResolution,Resample sharpness 0.2 and Fidelity FX CACAO as default.Whats the right option ?

I see its mentioned on the bottom of the AMD page - https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/radeon-software-fidelityfx-super-resolution

I can't see any specific settings for it in wow though.
