Fifa 11 Problem

Hello Guys...

Ive got the problem when im trying to install fifa 11 on PC.

It says fifaconfig.exe verify that the file exists and you can access it.
that file is there but im not getting wtb is wrong

I tried to installing .net but aint work so finally i made my mind to get help by here

plz help me out cause i wanna play it...
