Fifa 12 Lag and Crashing problems

When I'm playing fifa 12 It's really laggy/choppy. It's not a steady fps ever, and whenever I try to play a game it crashes. Like after I press ESC to start a exhibition match it will crash.

I have AMD HD 7770 OC edition
AMD 8 Core Processor Oc to 3.9GHZ
6gb ram

I'm playing on the lowest setting possible and I still have problems and it's really getting to me.

Try enabling vsync.

That actually did not work either.

This only happens with FIFA 12 by the way

Ok i have fixed the lag issues but now the game crashes randomly whenever im playing any match...

Try installing patch 1.01(or a newer one, if available), that's really all I can think of besides a re-install.
