fifa 15 running slow.....

my pc is core 2 duo e7500 @2.93ghz,mobo is dg41wv, ram=4gb+2gb,graphics card-zotac gtx 960 2gb amp! edition,psu -local 450 watt.but the problem is fifa 15 is running very slowly.i don't know why......!
cod black ops III is also not running.Will any latest games can be played in this config?
pls tell me fast................

Firstly, I strongly suggest getting a new PSU - tier 2 or better on this list, 450W or more.

I expect you're short on CPU power; while gaming, check what percentage of your CPU and GPU is in use. MSI afterburner is an easy-to-use tool for this. If one or both cores on the CPU are always in the 90s, you need an upgrade.

Most AAA games such as Fallout 4 and the witcher 3 min requirement is 8gb ram and a videocard with 2gb.
That cpu is also below min req for most new games, best to buy an new motherboard,cpu,ram and power supply.

Yes, you need to upgrade your PSU. Your current one is almost certainly a fire hazard.

If it's a good quality one. If not, it's no better than your 450W one. Both are probably ~250W with new labels.
