FIFA 18 lags when I plug in a controller

So every time I plug in a controller to play against my friend the game starts to lag. It's no like a low fps lag it's like a slow motion lag.
Specs:
I3 2120
Gtx 560 ti oc
6gb ddr3
550w psu

It seems like there must be an issue with your usb controller or usb port. At first, try changing usb port to some other and if it does not work then issue could be of controller or board.

I tried changing the ports and I tried changing controllers nothing is working
