these are the minimum system requirements..
maybe if all graphics are on low? it will probably work, but with lag.

by the looks of it your just over the minimum specs. You may have to play it at low settings, and low resolution to be sure of playable frame rates.

But fifa 18 processor spec is less than fifa 17 naah so will i be able to play at 1366*768 at medium

If you can play Witcher 3 with playable framerates you can probably play Fifa 18 with playable framerates. The only real way to know is if you test it yourself. Theoretically you're okay as long as you're on medium/low on that resolution.
