Hello,I got fifa 18 on a pc with i5-3470,gtx 960 strix 2gb,8 gb ram.In menu,everything is fine,works smooth but when I enter in a match,the game isn't smooth,I have like 80+ fps but feels like 20.Any idea why?

Solution
Yes, but try it with v-sync on. It will be smoother. MSI shows 80-120fps or whatever, it's almost irrelevant. Your monitor at 60hz can ONLY display a max of 60 fps. MSI is showing you the FPS at the end of the GPU pipeline, not what's actually displayed on screen.

By setting v-sync on you will have smooth game-play, and will not loose out on anything, particularly for that game.

Try adaptive V-sync in the Nvidia display panel. That should fix it.

if you have a 1080p 60hz monitor it can't show more than 60 fps anyway. So having Adaptive/V-sync on won't make the game worse in anyway.

I don't mean FPS, I mean frame time. It's the time that your GPU takes to produce the FPS indicated. You can have 60 FPS and no smooth experience.

Set your msi to show frame time, and graphic of it
