Anyone else experienced Fifa 19 game is stuttering a lot on the laptop with GTX 1050? My laptop has exceeded the recommended specs.

I have a Dell XPS 9560 15" maxed out version.

- i7-7700hq

- 32GB RAM

- 512GB SSD

- GTX 1050 4GB

I tried GTA V and CS: GO as well, there's no issue with them at all. On Fifa, I have tried various settings medium, low, MSAA on/off, locking fps to 30/60/unlimited, directx 11/12. On Nvidia settings, I have tried turning vsync on/off, FXAA on/off. None of the combinations seem to be working so far. I can see fps are always between 60-90 during gameplay and during cut scenes, around 30. But I can feel it's stuttering a lot and also ghosting with players movement.

I have the latest drivers installed and also Geforce experience.

Any suggestions on how I can improve the performance of the game? I feel like it's not the hardware or drivers as other games seem to be fine, it's just something wrong with Fifa game itself.

Are you streaming or have another monitor hooked up at the same time as playing? For example watching Netflix on another monitor play playing Fifa?

Have you tried windowed mode vs full screen...

There's no other background task. I'm just playing on my laptop screen. One thing I noticed though is the situation is worse when connecting to my TV with an HDMI cable, but I assumed that was because of the cable itself or the TV.
