Question FIFA 20

Hi, since i bought fifa 20 my game crashes randomly with directx error or just to dekstop without anything just crashes sometimes i need to restart my pc to play again.
I have tried almost everything what i found in google nothing helps.
Does anyone have still that issue?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
what os?
where did you bought the game from? just this one having issue?

Gpu- 1660 OC version with 3 fans
Cpu- i5 6400 2,70GHz
64bit
8gb ram
windows 10 Pro latest edition 1903 i think
The game is bought from Origin and yes i have issues only in fifa
