FIFA 2006 Appcrash

Until now, I had been able to play FIFA 2006 on my PC without a single glitch. Then I began the Career Mode as a Manager. I have even completed seven seasons. Now, whenever I finish this ECC match against Brugge, after the match ends, after the match facts, the game crashes when other games are being simulated. It always crashes at "simulating 12%." Well.......I borrowed the CD from a friend, installed it, and used a NoCD image file to play it....
