Question FIfa 7 is laggy

Hello!I downloaded Fifa 7 yesterday and I played a game and it was laggy.The game freezed every 3 seconds having high graphics but I turned down the graphics quality and the resolution but the game is still pretty lagy.It is supposed to run perfect.I played fifa 12 and pes 14 on this pc and the games ran good.Any advice please?
