All items are less than 30 days old, this is my 1st build. I use coretemp, realtemp and hwid monitor for temp monitoring.

edit: going to store tomorrow to replace memory, and graphics card tomorrow will update results.

edit2: got new graphics card and memory, same crash. is my psu failing? the psu is new but i know sometimes they come bad.

edit3: figured out the problem, it was a faulty power supply.

Seems like your Tera installation is corrupted. Try uninstalling the game and re-installing it. The power supply is not bad, if it would have been bad your all games will be crashing.
