File cannot be deleted.

I'm trying to delete my one file that's 2 gigabytes but it won't be deleted. It says that it's running in a different program, but everything is closed except for the file i'm trying to delete..

I don't know what's the problem, tried restarting my computer and everything.. Please help.

What type of file is it? What is the extension?

How full is the drive that it is on?

Try rebooting into safe mode then delete. Something is holding it from being deleted. In safe mode it should work. GL
