[SOLVED] File doesn't have an associated app?

So I am trying to download some software for my new RGB keyboard and when I try to open it from the downloads bar, I get another tab that says "Application does not have a file associated to open it." I have looked up at least 10 videos on how to try and fix it but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is a link to the picture of the tab that pops up. Thanks!

Downloaded 7 zip and tried again. Still having the same problem

did you try download to a location. then open the rar file?

Are you actually opening it with WinRAR or 7zip? Try opening the 7zip application and browsing to the file

I just downloaded and opened the file. If you downloaded and installed 7zip, right click on the file and click on 7-zip, then click on one of the Extract choices. The edn result will be a file called setup
