Within my HDD and External HDD I have folders that cannot be opened without my screen turning blue for a brief second and my file explorer and some task crashing. I also cannot delete, move, copy, paste or do anything with these files. The only way to remove them is to use a third party software to delete them. This happens on my main HDD and External one. I have already scanned for viruses with Malwarebytes and found nothing. This only happens to folders and not files I have found. Another thing is that the name could be related. For example I found a folder that would crash my explorer and do the things mentioned. The folder was of the program Speedfan under program files(x86), first I uninstalled the program then deleted the folder using secure eraser. After this I installed the program again under the same directory (because I use it) and the folder will crash my explorer again. Any clues to what is happening?
