File explorer Crashing when open

I think this started happening 2 days ago, not even use the pc in those days and now I'm getting File Explorer crashing each time I open anything and I don't know what to do.
My screen flashes for like a second and then it goes normally, this happens every time I open a folder, etc...

I have BitDefender and already scanned, no virus found also Malwarebytes and nothing found
