So whenever i click my file explorer icon on my taskbar or when i right click my windows button most of the options (programs and features, control panel, disk/computer management, etc) all crash.
The crash is when i click it the whole taskbar and desktop resets, goes blue for a split second then comes back but nothing opens.
I can get into the file explorer buy click folders and i can get into control panel by searching for it but this doesn't solve any of the problems
Tried:
Changing default monitors
Running malwarebyts
Copying file explorer from C/Windows into C/Windows32
Specs:
Win 8.1
Intel CPU
Nvidia GPU
2x Monitors
Edit: Ive managed to copy the explorer.exe and put it on the taskbar which fixes that issue kind of. When i open a folder it shows a seperate instance of the file exlporer. Everything else on my start button (right click) still reset the file explorer and closes anything related to it.
