Question File Explorer hangs at the end of large number of files moved or deleted, how to solve this ?

I've had this problem pop up in Win10 for as far back as I can remember.

I tried searching it but words like "file", "explorer" or even "hangs" are all way to common. 🙁

Define "large number".

Also, please try not to 'move'. Rather...copy/paste, then later, delete the original.
