File Explorer Keeps crashing

im having a really weird issue recently my file explorer keeps crashing when i right click a file or even try to open the programe. It doesnt happen all the time like 9/10 times it crashes. Ive tried reinstalling windows completely but no luck.... i really dont know why it keeps crashing please help.

Have you tried going through with a SFC /SCANNOW to try and resolve any corruption in your OS files?

By crash are we talking of a BSOD? If so then we will need to look through your dmp files for verifying the culprit.
