So a week ago I was playing a game in Firefox in full screen, I don't remember why, but I went out of the full screen and decided to do something else, while the game kept running. But then I decided to open my file explorer and nothing happened. Every time I try to open it, it shows that's the icon on the taskbar, but It doesn't pop up, I just can't seem to reach it. When I boot up in safe mode it works, but not in my normal mode. I've tried deleting games and installing anti-malware programs, but nothing helped.

I also tried to reset my computer but every time I try that he ends on a grey screen.

My specs are:
Intel core I5-6400 2.7 GHz
Nvidia GTX 950 2GB
And 8 gb ram.

Can someone please help my fix this problem?
Thanks in advance

It *sounds* like explorer is loading, but off-screen. For example, if you're screen is 1024 wide, it's showing up at like 2000 or so for the left side of the window. This could happen when there's crash while using a different screen resolution from your normal desktop, such as being in a game. You can move windows with keyboard commands like this:

Press the Alt and Space Bar keys simultaneously on your keyboard (release keys)
Press the M key on your keyboard (release key)
Press Left key, then Up key, then Left key, then Up key.

Try this on a normal window for practice. Then, try it on explorer after opening it. Maybe you can get it back on screen. I'm not sure if you will need to press Up, Down, Left, or Right. You'll have to...

... or it could be something completely different from that I'm thinking.
