File Explorer opens more then one window

Hi..
so when i open a folder in my lets say download folder it opens two of the same folder and just over laps eachother? is there anyway i can fix this so it will only open one window instead of two? or just make it open in the same window as the folder is in original?

This sounds like user error rather than an actual issue. Next time you try to open something try clicking once and then pressing enter instead of double clicking. If that still opens two, there's a bug, but most likely you'll see that only one is open.

Pressing Enter opens two tabs aswell

Edit: it seems that its only the Download Folder that does this? also if i open a new folder inside the download folder and then click back to download in that window it seems to open a whole new tab?
