file extension not right

after installing windows (win7-32) i found all my files not open where all files extensions changed to a second dot of PPTX
for example all my pictures has become as following: name.jpg.pptx
what is cause and how can repair

Where did you get the Windows 7 32-bit ISO from? It sounds like it was infected with ransomware. Give this a read:
