File history icon

I have 4 pcs using a 4 ports kvm. All of them have Windows 10 pro. Today two of them won't open file history when I click the icon on the bottom of the screen. Any one has an idea on how to fix this. I don't want to reinstall the OS and system restore won't work. Is not the end of the world(if I right click the icon I can access file history) but is annoying.

I guess you mean Timeline, the feature added to task view that shows all the files opened on PC for an amount of days
