File History On second HDD?

I have a Folder called file History on the 2nd HDD. This HDD is mainly for games and has been there since I reinstalled windows during my CPU Upgrade. It Hasn't been modified in over 6 months and was wondering if I need the file. It's not in my system32 directory or Windows directory. Can I delete it?

It contains backup copies of your own files which you've saved on the OS drive.

Deleting it will not hurt the OS.
