File is taking a HUGE amount of space on my 1TB HDD, any advice

I woke up this morning to a message saying my perfomace is loe and to revert windows back to basic theme to improve performance. i opened up my windows tab clicked on my computer to see i had 90GB left of 932GB, somethings not right, some of my utilities i use is Auslogic defrag, revo uninstaller, Malware bytes, and glarys utilities. so i start deleting batllefield 3, DCS A10, Crysis 3 and i free up 120gb. to the point i start a defrag and optimize and half way down all the way to the bottom is red/fragged files, it GDEL something else, and every red square i click on shows this same file, ive clear restore points stop creation of restore points search dup files and deleted them, done all of the necessary an obvious things you would do to clean up a pc through windows and outside sources such as glarys and so forth. im at school now, but will update that file name, also i found out it had something to do with glarys utilities. i play skyrim and have had to start over to many times because of reinstalls and dont have anything to back up my files to, ah another quick question can i back up my saves to a blank cd or dvd? and help is appreciated. ive stayed a silent forum reader for a long time and toms hardware seems to have the mosy unbiased people. i will also put my specs in to my profile.

I would suspest a virus of some kind. If I was your I would back up everything you want, yes you can burn game saves to a cd/dvd/bluray, then format the drive. Also, pragraphs are nicer to read than a wall of text.

my Kapervsky is not detecting any virus in my local or critical areas.

okay i downloaded the freeware and in the tree map. C: has a huge blue rectangle at bottom left hand corner it reads "C:\GDELTEMP"
and seems to be taking up 654.8GB.

I have read this is dealing with Glries utilities. thanks for the freeware any way to remove this file would be greatly appreciated.
i went into the propeties of this and in attributes in details it says HA. so im assuming it is a virus

thank you, you saved me from a re install! much obliged a million times. it wouldnt delete until i used the delete (not undeletable) service and boom it was gone! I got my precious 650gbs back thanks to you!!!
