Hi,

I did not find the answer, so is it even possible ?

From the MSI LOG:

Action start 8:32:01: RemoveFiles.
Action ended 8:32:01: RemoveFiles. Return value 0.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/msi/logging-of-action-return-values

"0" being described as "A function could not be executed."

RemoveFiles is the only Action with an error.

The other MSI LOG entries appear to be "SUCCESS"

2753

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/msi/windows-installer-error-messages

Meaning: "The File '[2]' is not marked for installation."

2753 seems to be an error that tends to show up with respect to silent installations of other packages. Fixes vary.

Perhaps the rights to remove the files are missing.

Key is to truly identify the error(s) being presented and what that error means with respect to installing the File Open client.
