tried fix 2 here? https://computergarage.org/file-system-error-2147219194.html Fix 5 might help as well.

Store based errors often not fixed by running sfc/dism but worth a try
right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth
and press enter

SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

its your thread, you reply when you can :)

which version of win 10 are you on?
right click start
choose run...
type winver and press enter
current is 20H2

wonder if removing the store and re enabling it would fix it - https://blog.techinline.com/2018/01/17/how-to-remove-default-windows-10-apps/
I am on version 20H2 which is the one you said, and also i tried to put in this line of dialouge "Get-AppxPackage windowsstore | Remove-AppxPackage" into powershell as admin but it just wouldnt work, the store was still there :(

Store problems sort of hard to fix, they added store into windows and didn't really add things to fix the problems it has, Normally SFC/DISM would fix system problems but they don't help the store.

have you tried another user to see if its just the current one that has the problem?
Create a Local account and make it admin - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ndows-10-20de74e0-ac7f-3502-a866-32915af2a34d
go to C:/users folder
Copy the contents of old user onto new user folder, this gives it same access as normal user
login to new user and try the store. You can link it to your Microsoft Account if you want, see if it can run any of the things that normally fail?

if that didn't work,

I don't know if a repair install would fix it - https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

repair install only removes the Cumulative Updates you have received since 20H2 was installed, rest of your files and applications should still work afterwards. Windows will then update itself again.

hey so i went and tried to both set up a different account and refresh my windows by installing it again, i used the old usb drive i used to fisrt put windows on here but neither of those worked. Could it be something with like a malfunction in one of my storage devices or something? im just trying to find solutions to this...

what are the makes & models of your ssd/hdd

if you reinstalled and even tried a new user and still get same problem. it makes it less likely to be windows as you can't be that unlucky.
So its possible it could be storage devices

maybe could be ram also:

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.

Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

Hi so sorry for such a long wait, I've attached two photos with my ssd and my hdd on it for that info, and I was also having trouble with the memory test, if I boot off of a USB too run the test will it get rid of my windows? Because I used the same USB I used to get windows on my computer and I wanna make sure I can still have windows on my computer and boot it off of windows again after I run the memory test, but the memory test instructions were just confusing too me.

if you create Memtest on the USB it will likely remove the windows installer off the USB. It won't touch windows on the PC. It is still there. If you want to keep the installer I would buy another USB and put memtest on it.

as for drives
Western Digital - i know its not an ssd but the tool they used to have to hdd is discontinued - https://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?p=279
Seagate - https://www.seagate.com/au/en/support/downloads/seatools/seatools-win-master/
