File Transfer Immediately Cancelled

Trying to copy my music folder from my external to my SSD that I bought over the weekend, and immediately after 'Preparing to Copy', it says 'Cancelling..' and the files aren't transferred over.

Have tried to do this many times and it doesn't want to transfer over. Any idea why this is happening and how to resolve my problem?

Have you tried copying just the files inside the Music folder rather than the Music folder itself?

You might not have permission? are you copying to the My Music library or the C:/users/you_user_name/music folder?
