Files are asking for password when I want to open on windows 8.1

So I have made a new account on windows 8.1
And I disabled the previouse account(which was an administrator)
And now whenever I start any files that require administrator request
It asks for the password
But.....Here is the Problem
It shows "Enter The Password and Click On Yes"
There the "Yes" button is disabled and no password box is present..!!!!
Please HELP!!!!!

Go into control panel.
Open User accounts.
Set your user account as administrator, if it allows you to.
Then try again.

Or,
Open a command prompt and type this in
net user administrator /active:yes

Now, once you logged into the active admin account, make your user account the admin (through control panel like above).
Log back into your user account and type this in command prompt
net user administrator /active:no
