Hello guys, today I saw after switching on my computer that all my files in my documents were gone, even in downloads, but all of my installed applications were still there. When I opened chrome I wasn't signed in from my google account as before. So I signed in again and switched it off and then powered on, again it was the same issue, it shows welcome screen of win 10 and then preparing desktop.
Ok, one frank thing is that I am using a cracked version and I have already ordered a lisence, but would cracked version cause this problem. Or is this some hardware failure like mobo or HDD or even processor and ram ? Or it is solely windows problem. Should reinstalling windows solver the problem.
This didn't used to happen before, it has started just from today morning.
Keep in mind that the installed applications are still there. And before this problem happened my c drive had only 2gb space left and after my downloads have vanished which contained about 500mb of files, the c drive is still about 1.97 to 2gb.
