Question Filezilla Server issues

Hi all,

Bit of a frustrating scenario here, I'm hoping someone can help with. I had to rebuild my home server recently and am at the point of setting up Filezilla Server again.
The latest version of Filezilla Server 1.0.1 seems to have changed quite a lot and the settings are not as they were last time I set it up. Where has the implicit FTP over TLS port setting gone for example.

So to cut a long and tedious trial and error process short. I decided to uninstall and reinstall to get back to the default settings. After this when the administration app tries to connect i get the error 'Permission denied (13)'. Never had it before, only since I uninstalled and reinstalled. Could someone offer some assistance on firstly getting into my server and secondly setting up the new and "improved" server config.

Quick update. Although it auto filled in my password when running the admin interface the first time... deleting that and putting it in again seems to have got me in.

So now its how to setup this new interface to allow external access. Last time I had it setup it was on port 2021 (where default is 21) and passive ports 50000 - 51000 open. I had also changed port 900 for TLS to 901 and setup all though ports in the router. Worked a charm. Cant seem to get it to work now.
