Hi everybody,
Does anybody know about a Directx filter or any other software that
will present itself as a video source, that can superimpose a web
strem onto a background (as seen on TV - weather) ?
Surely, a "blue screen" background would have to be used (or some
other color)

Anybody ?

I've tried looking for something like that as well... when we used to do
public access TV shows, that was one of the cheezy features that everyone
liked... chromakey. You'd think that there'd be some sort of filter, like
you said, that could process the video before a webcam application uses it.
I was hoping for something where you could select the color you want to key
to, so if you already have a big tan wall behind you, you could just key out
the tan and input whatever still image or video you wanted in its place. If
nobody follows up, but instead sends you the solution, please pass along the
info here so we can all benefit.
