Final 2 cards, which one would you guys recommend?

Gigabyte. Excellent cooler and good warranty cover.

Sapphire in my opinion. AMDs biggest board partner and overclocks damn well, the Gigabyte is voltage locked unfortunately, so it makes that nice cooler useless.
