Build Advice Final advice before i buy

Before i buy i wanted to make sure everything in this build will be compatible as im not 100% sure any help would be appreciated

i am upgrading from i7 6700k so i already have os, gpu, storage etc

This is very good. You can alternatively save some money by getting the non-argb version of the cooler and get a better motherboard like so, though that is just a personal preference of mine.

A few changes to your build. This cpu cooler isn't as massive as that Themalright allowing it to fit onto most any motherboard with large heatsinks (unlike that Thermalright). Lower latency RAM (games benefit from low latency), and a case with much better airflow (2x140mm front intake + 1x120mm exhaust fan) and a better graphics card. Also I'm not seeing a power supply and storage in your build.

i already own the 3070 ti, i put it there just in case it wouldnt fit in the case i changed everything you said otherwise case, cooler and seperate fan

also the ripjaw ram is this the one as im ordering from amazon it says intel xmp https://www.amazon.co.uk/G-Skill-Ri...685463668&sprefix=ripjaws+ddr5,aps,155&sr=8-2

The Corsair and the NZXT cases both have really good airflow. Usually the differences between front mesh cases comes down to aesthetics, cable management options, AIO mounting locations, and of course size and weight. I would take a look at the Fractal Design Focus 2 that @Why_Me posted in his list because it is another great airflow case option.
