Looks good, the CPU cooler won't be bothered by the RAM, I just checked. Your SSD is 60$ over the other ones but brings Assassin's Creed 3 so there's no real difference unless you already have AC3.

Get GTX 670, the difference from the 680 is very little, or you can also get the 7970.
Not sure about PSU but I think its right.

Here's a small, Canadian revision of your build.
You don't need 16gb of RAM or 4 DIMMs straight out, you won't even max out 8gb.
I upgraded the power supply so you can add a 2nd GPU in the future for SLI/Crossfire w/o having to up wattage.

thank you guys.

But the msi gtx 680 in my build is 429.99 with like 4 games.

a 7970 is usually around 400 too..

so thats why I chose the 680

^And you can get 5% worse performance for more than $100 off, with two or three free games with the 670. It's much better, price/performance wise.
