Final build (I think)

Solution
Not all Z170 boards are basically the same. Some support SLI, and some don't. Some have buggy bios problems, looking at you MSI Krait edition. I would spend the extra couple dollars to get the 275gb MX300. It is a better drive. I would also save some cash, and go with the faster clocked Zotac Amp edition 1070. I would spend the 60 cents and get the 750w G2. Little more headroom, for SLI/overclocking, and a 10yr warranty vs the 7yr of the 650w G2.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($234.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 ATX...
So I am going to assume you are going for a black/red scheme. I would look for a cheaper motherboard to save money (cheaper MSI and Gigabyte both offers red/black). That CPU is a bit expensive. The Cryorig C7 or Hyper 212 could save some money. Don't know how much the hard drive is, but I know WD has a 1TB for under $50.

Other than that, you should enjoy all of this.

To be completely honest with you man, the Z170 chipset is the same across all brands. No real difference, may in a few tweaks here and there. But in a general aspect (especially for new comers), they will all work the same, and you will not be able to tell the difference.

Question from logeth_gaming : "Build check again"

Sorry for posting so much but I seem to get responses more when I make a new post. But I changed some more things and was wondering if the CRYORIG C7 - 47mm Tall, SFF Mini ITX CPU Heatsink on newegg would be compatiable with my motherboard. Any other opinions would be great too.
