If you prefer not to overclock then yes it's a good build although you may want to grab a budget aftermarket cooler as the Intel stock coolers are junk and will be quite loud cooling that 8700.
Another suggestion would be to lower the SSD to 500gb and then use the rest of your budget for a HDD for storage, you'll save a considerable amount of money, maybe put that towards a 1080 instead of the 1070 ti.

Thanks! I am considering that. I will use the stock fan for the moment and get an aftermarket fan later on.
Also if you wanted to cut cost a cheaper ssd like the crucial I think would be fine. Saves a 100$ if you get the 1tb of Samsung's. And I doubt you will notice any difference. But it is still fine how you have it.
