Even if that heatsink did fit AM3 motherboards, which I'm not convinced it would, I also doubt it would be worth having over the stock AMD heatsink. Everything else is fine imo.

[strike]I wouldn't spend $80 for a case for this build. You can easily get by with the higher quality Antec 300 Illusion or Coolermaster 690.[/strike] Didn't notice the rebate. I really hate Newegg's new layout...

I would aslo consider dropping down to the X3 440, especially if you're just wanting to game. The 440 gives really good gaming performance for the price,a nd that will free up some cash to get a bigger GPU, namely the HD 5850. The 460 is a good card, but would be a little too weak to play well at 1080p with higher details. The 5850 would be much better for only slightly more.

OCZ PSUs aren't the best, but they're good for the price. You just need to be careful about getting one that's big enough as teh stated wattage isn't accurate. As long as you don't plan on adding a second GPU, the 600W is more than enough power.
