So my time table to get a decently priced computer has just dropped to 0 (my brother's computer no longer boots), so I'm gonna have to buy him whatever not-on-sale thing I can get him for a 600$ budget.

What I'm looking for is a computer to play DoTA, League of Legends, World of Warcraft: Legion and Overwatch at 60 FPS on medium or better settings in 1080p or less (I think he's still on a 4:3 monitor for the next little while).

I have a 600$ hard cap for all pieces that aren't his GPU or his OS.

Here's the best I've been able to come up with:
CPU: Intel I5-6400

MoBo: Gigabyte GA-H110m

RAM: 8GB Kingston Hyper X

GPU (NOT COUNTED IN PRICE): EVGA GeForce GTX 670

PSU:
Here's a serious point of thought for me, before I started working on this computer I had never stopped to think of the "tier" of power supplies. Now that seems to be all anyone can think about. There are no even close to affordable tier 1 or 2 power supplies. I can't see the benefit of buying a high tier power supply for weak components, it doesn't make sense in my brain. That being said, this is, I guess, what I should be saying.
XFX TS 550W

I've never shipped with newegg, however, their shipping price is a tad extravagant.

Case: BitFenix

As you'll notice, there's no optical drive of hard drive to go with it. This is because the one he was using is scrapped so I'm going to get both of those pieces from there.

The total here comes to just under 650$ shipped if I get everything from NCIX. I'd be okay trying other companies but I've heard absolutely nothing but horrible things about Vuugo and Canada Computers and whatever NCIX is more expensive than Newegg in, it makes up fro with free shipping.

Let me know what you guys think, I absolutely need your input, I've been out of this game for far too long.

on your build if your close to a micro center they do have better deals on cpu. on the power supply see if they have a good 650w on sale. the extra wattage is if you want to put in a larger gpu or sli. you have some extra head room on the 12v rail.
